Why AVIATION?
Why CORONA?
There has never been a better time to get involved in aviation! The pilot shortage you may have heard about is real! Boeing, a worldwide leader in aerospace, released a new 2019 study which projects that, "804,000 new civil aviation pilots, 769,000 new maintenance technicians, and 914,000 new cabin crew will be needed to fly and maintain the world fleet over the next 20 years."
Keep in mind that airlines aren't the only way to fly! Business aviation, charter operations, flight instruction and recreational flying are other great ways to spread your wings.

A career flying or maintaining airplanes not for you? What about flying drones (remote pilots)? The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association released a 2019 article that, "The FAA expects remote pilots will outnumber instrument-rated pilots (including private, commercial, and airline transport pilot certificate holders) by 2022 or 2023.
As part of the Corona High STEM Academy, our Aviation Pathway is the only Aviation program in the Corona-Norco Unified School District.
